If you wish to cancel your contract but want to transfer your website to another hosting provider or management team, the full remaining balance of your contract must be paid. Once the balance is settled, we’ll package your website files and transfer them to you, ensuring a smooth transition.
When your contract ends, you have three options to choose from:
Option 1: Renew your contract and get a brand-new design for free.
After 12-months years, design trends evolve, and your brand may have shifted direction. By renewing your contract, you can take advantage of a fresh, updated website design to align with your current goals.
Option 2: Transition to our month-to-month maintenance plan for $50 per month.
With this plan, we’ll continue hosting and maintaining your website, giving you peace of mind. You’ll also enjoy unlimited content updates, access to licensed plugins, and any premium features we’ve created for you, such as review displays or SMS notifications.
Option 3: Take full ownership of your website.
If you prefer to manage your website independently, we can package your website files and deliver them to you, so you can host, manage, and maintain it moving forward.
We do not permit active websites to be hosted outside of our servers, as we provide blazing-fast hosting and exceptional support to ensure optimal performance for all our clients. However, if you’d prefer to host your website on your own, you have the option to purchase the website design outright.
